A shopper wants to know why their CashBack has been suspended. Can I help them with this?
Yes! Here's how:
- Locate the order within the Brand Admin and click into it
- In the Notes section, you'll see the reason for suspension
- Determine if the CashBack should be unsuspended
- Did the brand say it was okay to unsuspend the CashBack?
- Do you see another order in the Brand Admin for this shopper that was an exchange?
- If yes, click Actions > Unsuspend CashBack
