Yes! Here's how:

  1. Locate the order within the Brand Admin and click into it
  2. In the Notes section, you'll see the reason for suspension
  3. Determine if the CashBack should be unsuspended
    1. Did the brand say it was okay to unsuspend the CashBack?
    2. Do you see another order in the Brand Admin for this shopper that was an exchange?
  4. If yes, click Actions > Unsuspend CashBack
