Attentive | Journeys

Creating CashBack journeys is very simple, as you can work off of the existing journeys a brand already has live.

  1. Locate brand's current journey associated with their sign up unit > click three vertical dots > Make a copy
  2. Rename to CashBack offer (ex: 10% Off becomes 20% Back)
  3. Update the language within the journey to reflect the CashBack offer
    1. The language that consistently tests best is "Back" or "In Cash or Credit"
    2. Ex: "Get 10% off your purchase with code (CODE) at checkout (store link)" —> "Get 20% back on your purchase! Auto-apply & shop now: (store link with CashBack UTM appended)"
    3. It's important to check all messages within the journey to make sure all language is updated
  4. Update the links within the journey to reflect the CashBack offer
    1. Make sure EVERY link used has the CashBack UTM appended to the end, as this is what will add CashBack to the shopper's cart
  5. Click Save
  6. Repeat for all messages within journey
  7. Click Turn On > Turn on new journey—this will allow you to assign the journey to the CashBack sign up units you create
