Klaviyo | Sign Up Form

Creating CashBack sign up forms is very simple, as you can work off of the existing sign up forms a brand already has live.

1. Locate brand's current sign up unit > click three vertical dots > Clone
2. Rename to CashBack offer (ex: 10% Off becomes 20% Back)
3. Update the language within the sign up form to reflect the CashBack offer
   1. The language that consistently tests best is "Back" or "In Cash or Credit"
   2. Ex: "Get 10% Off your first purchase" —> "Get 20% Back on your first purchase"
   3. It's important to check all screens of the sign up form to make sure all language is updated
4. Click Publish
5. Locate previous sign up form > set to draft
