Creating CashBack SMS flows is very simple, as you can work off of the existing flow a brand already has live.

  1. Locate brand's current SMS flow associated with their sign up form > click three vertical dots > Clone
    1. Add "CashBack A/B Test" to the title
  2. Update the language within the journey to reflect the CashBack offer
    1. The language that consistently tests best is "Back" or "In Cash or Credit"
    2. Ex: "Get 10% off your purchase with code (CODE) at checkout (store link)" —> "Get 20% back on your purchase! Auto-apply & shop now: (store link with CashBack UTM appended)"
    3. It's important to check all messages within the journey to make sure all language is updated
  3. Update the links within the flow to reflect the CashBack offer
    1. Make sure EVERY link used has the CashBack UTM appended to the end, as this is what will add CashBack to the shopper's cart
  4. Repeat for all messages within the flow
