Postscript | Pop Up

Depending on a brand's set up, they may configure their desktop and mobile pop ups differently within Postscript. Check out the respective sections below to see how.

Desktop Pop Up

Creating CashBack pop ups is very simple, as you can work off of the existing sign up units a brand already has live.

1. Click Acquisition > Pop Ups
2. Locate brand's current pop up > Actions > Clone
3. Rename to CashBack offer (ex: 10% Off becomes 20% Back)
4. In Current Step (Phone and Email, if both are being collected), update the language within the pop up to reflect the CashBack offer
   1. The language that consistently tests best is "Back" or "In Cash or Credit"
   2. Ex: "Get 10% Off your first purchase" —> "Get 20% Back on your first purchase"
   3. It's important to check all screens of the pop up to make sure all language is updated
5. In All Steps, toggle to Text Message
6. Update the language within the text to reflect the CashBack offer
   1. See Step 4 for suggested language
7. Update the link within the text to have the appropriate CashBack UTM appended to the end
8. Toggle to Klaviyo Integration and select the list subscribers will be submitted to

9. Click Save

Mobile Pop Up

1. Repeat Steps 1-4 in Desktop Pop Up instructions
2. In All Steps, toggle to Behavior and select a keyword
   1. The keyword you choose and its corresponding response is the response message subscribers will receive upon opt-in
3. Toggle to Klaviyo Integration and select the Klaviyo list subscribers will be submitted to

4. Click Save
