Postscript | Keywords

If using two-touch opt-in on the mobile pop up, a CashBack keyword must be created. Once configured, this will send subscribers a text with the CashBack offer upon subscription.

1. Click Acquisition > Keywords
2. Click Create Keyword
3. Name the keyword (ex: [BRANDNAME]20BACK)
   1. Do not include a coupon in the reply—we want to give shoppers CashBack!
4. Click Save Keyword
5. Click Add Action > Reply
6. Update the message to reflect the CashBack offer
   1. Ex: "Welcome! Get 20% back on your first order. Click to auto-apply & shop now: (site link with CashBack UTM)"
7. Click Update Action
8. This keyword can now be assigned to mobile pop ups within the Behavior section
